Martin, thank you for all of your suggestions and assistance in trying to resolve this. If you still have issues due to your mouse, but it is supported, contact LG support/ make a thread about it. Check the Logitech G hub website to see if your product is compatible to the app and isn't breaking the app due to it not supporting it.
When i connected my mouse it showed that i had the latest drivers, but it was not the Logitech drivers, so i had to manually update them for each device. Disconnect the keyboard from PC and keep it disconnected.Open Device Manager, go to "Keyboard" and/or "Mice and other pointing devices" and uninstall all Logitech devices you see there(right click, uninstall).Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%.Though this second solution also can be used. NizzleNate's issue came up when he chose him Logitech peripheral, mine straight up didn't start. double click on lghub_updater and it should start up once you tab back into G hub.3 Icons will be present with the G hub logo.It will open up to the the Start Menu Programs and another shortcut for G hub will be there, right click on that and click on "Open File Location".Right click and click on "Open File Location".
